Car Wash/Bake Sale
On November 1 we held a car wash and bake sale at our school's parking lot. We pre-sold tickets before and after school. Our fund raising department visited some of our local businesses for pre-sale of tickets and permission to put up signs in their store windows.
In addition to our car wash we held a bake sale at the same time. Our team baked cookies and cupcakes the night before and they were a huge success.
After counting up cash and donations at the end of the day we had made a little over $500. The money is earmarked for transportation to the trade show in the Bay Area.
