Julie Kramer, CFO


Julie Kramer is our Chief Financial officer. She is a senior this year and was a member of our Virtual Enterprise class last year. She has a 3.85 grade point average, is a member of the leadership class and participates in track and field, where she holds the school record for long jump, triple jump and high jump. She plans to attend California State University at Channel Islands after graduation. Julie works part-time at a fast-food restaurant and on some occasions acts as the night manager, scheduling shifts for her fellow workers and ordering inventory As CFO

  • Julie estimated the payroll for our company.
  • Prepared the business contract with The Virtual Enterprise Office
  • Prepared a business loan for us to cover 6 months of operating expenses
  • Submitted the seed money contract which allowed us to purchase our inventory of gifts, balloons and flowers.
  • Estimated and projected sales from November through April
  • Created our beginning balance sheet
  • Prepared a break-even analysis.
  • Learned how to use and automated accounting system to prepare monthly financial statements
  • Worked with her department and sales on how to complete an invoice
  • Set up bank accounts for all of our employees.
